Tencent Hunyuan Releases HY-MT 1.5 for Offline Translation in 33 Languages
Tencent has released HY-MT 1.5, a powerful new open-source neural machine translation model capable of handling 33 languages with high fidelity, designed specifically for offline and local deployment.
The release includes two primary variants: an efficient 1.8B parameter model optimized for speed and capable of running on mobile devices, and a larger 7B parameter model designed for complex translation tasks requiring context awareness and terminology enforcement.
